Account Categories

 

Account Categories are used to group accounts into type of account eg Schools, or At Work Office.

They are used in analyzing how sales of product vary by type of Account.

 

Fields used to define Account Categories are:

 

Description

The name of the Account Category eg Schools.

 

Active

Account Categories that are inactive will not appear in selection lists
